The buying process unfortunatley didnt work out to be smooth sailing for us. Teide was supportive through out, helping guide us, while also being understanding to our situation.

Teide is very professional. She has make my home buying journey smooth and easygoing. I am very glad to work with her.

Teide was truly exceptional. I met them at an open home. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying one of their listed properties and I’m so thankful I did. Teide was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. When there were disagreements about certain things between us and the purchases, Teide was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Teide.

Teide is FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! They made the buying process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way.

The deal was very efficient and professional The communication was good

Teide was absolutely amazing. She was very easy to deal with and was always available and happy to answer all of the questionss we had. She also always went above and beyond with anything we needed. Highly recommend her to take care of the sale of your property.

Teide made sure when we went to view the home it felt warm and inviting, she had the answer to every question we could think of (which was a lot!) Honestly think we wouldn’t have bought a property if Teide didn’t make the process so smooth and easy for us. Can’t sing her praises enough!

Teide is the best. From our very first meeting we were reassured by her pro-active, can-do attitude, and she has the knowledge and expertise to back it up. From last minute viewings to getting the assurance that we needed about the house, nothing was too much trouble. Her confidence is contagious and helped ensure auction day was a success. Thank you Teide. Working with you was a pleasure and a privilege. My family and I are truly grateful and stoked with our new home.

Teide was brilliant to deal with. She had all the information ready for me. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about everything and had multiple questions. Teide was able to answer all of them and provide me with contacts who could help if she didn't know the answer. The whole process was so easy and smooth and I am absolutely thrilled to have had such a great experience.

It was a real pleasure working with Teide throughout the entire sales process. She provided clear communication and fantastic support throughout. And assisted me to get things done in a rapid time frame. A great experience!
