Worked with our mortgage broker to help line everything up and making sure we were ahead of schedule before going unconditionally. Really appreciate all your hard work.

Teide is a young agent that is determined to succeed and build her reputation as a great agent in West Auckland. She does this by placing the client's interests above her own. She has found me a great deal in West Auckland, dealt with all the paperwork and negotiations with listing agents. She has also gained my trust in her ability to list with her again to sell.
We first met Teide at an open home and while the home didn't suit us we left her our details on what we were looking for and asked her to keep an eye out for a particular style of property. Several emails drivebys and open homes later Teide found us the perfect place. Unusual for us was the property was being marketed on a deadline sale basis. Not having any previous experience on this type of sale process, Teide walked us through all the ins and outs and the pros and cons so we understood clearly what was required. At no time did we feel pressured as Teide's experience took the stress out of the purchase for us. We are looking for another property at this time and Teide is hot on the trail again. I cant recommend her highly enough, her perseverance knowledge professionalism and people skills are exemplary. To give you some insight into her character my wife's mother passed away some months after our purchase and lo and behold on arriving home there were flowers on our doorstep from Teide that's the type of person she is. Thoughtful and compassionate and just a wonderful person, my wife and family truly wish her all the best for the future.
