Sven and Sofie were outstanding to work with. Right from our first phone chat to the sale of my home he was on top of everything. He was very factual in his approach, and gave me lots good advice. Through the open home process he communicated regularly and gave me honest feedback. I completely trusted Sven and Sofie, I wasn’t in Auckland from when my house was on the market till after it had sold. They ensured the place was alway kept tidy, and looking great. Even taking bins out and leaf blowing the driveway! The entire process can be really stressful, but having a team like Sven and Sofie on my side took a huge amount of stress and pressure off me. I got the exact price I wanted which I was delighted with. I 100% would use him again to sell my house, and would also buy off him as I trust that he is looking out for both parties.

We cant rate Sven highly enough for a thoroughly professional delivery of first class service. If you want the best on your side whether you are selling or buying, Sven should be top of your list, no question.This was no easy transaction as we were buying subject to sale of a property that took longer than expected. Sven kept all parties fully informed throughout the process and through diligence and effective communication, ultimately got a result that Vendors and Buyers were both happy with. This was clear evidence of a job very well done. 5 stars is conservative to say the least.
