There are many reasons why I love working in real estate. The satisfaction I feel when clients achieve their goals and value my service is very rewarding. My career prior to real estate involved selling. As a qualified florist, I mastered the art of selling flowers and as Manager of an optometry clinic I helped many clients choose the lenses and frames that would best suit them enabling them to live life to the fullest. I love Auckland’s North Shore, especially the Bays. I’ve joined the team at Barfoot & Thompson Millwater after seven successful years at the Torbay branch. It is with integrity and professionalism that I use my marketing and negotiating skills to achieve a premium price for my vendors. Music and dancing is an important part of my life. My son is making a career as a musician – he’s a member of 0800, a NZ hip-hop group! We love cats and dogs, enjoy fishing and for me, relaxing in my garden means planting vegetables and spring flowers. I’m a member of a group that once a month prepares lunch for seniors in different retirement homes. It’s great to see them meeting and socialising with others. I also volunteer at Love Soup, an organisation that provides meals for people in need. The East Coast Bays Lions Club, of which I’m a member, supports many community projects. I’m originally from Mexico and am fluent in English and Spanish.
