Info was initiated immediately in a very professional manner. All along the sales has been followed closely for our updated requirement. Market rates was not ideal at the moment but we leave to Sue to decide.

Very poor communication. Disappointed with marketing material produced with no input from us. Despite being vendors paying their commissions, I found their practices borderline unethical.
