Sue provided really sound advice in terms of the marketing, staging and necessary repairs pre- sale and provided excellent counsel about sale price positioning and was helpful in every step of the way in the sale process. I have not hesitation in recommending Sue as a very experienced and savvy agent who communicates well and achieves positive outcomes.
Throughout the process Sue has been very communicative, she is prompt to respond to our queries and has keep us informed about developments / progress along the way. In a difficult market, Sue has worked hard to promote the sale of our property and has always given sound guidance in respect to marketing to the appropriate audience. Sue is friendly and easy to work with and brings many skills to the table. I highly recommend her as a Land Agent
Sue has been very helpful and easy to communicate with. Knowledgeable and professional.
Donna and Sue were really experienced and helpful in selling this challenging property often attending to property matters beyond the scope of typically agency services. I'd highly recommend Sue and her team at Lodge Real Estate. Thanks very much.
RE for Real Excellence From day one, Sue had shown me she always had my interest at heart. Her communication was outstanding, as is needed by all sellers. Her market knowledge was shared regularly, in a most personable way. I was at all times comfortable with her management of my project. Finally, it led to "mission accomplished." I salute Sue's RE talent, and the methods she employs to execute it. Verified by RateMyAgent

Sue and her team efficiency was remarkable. They expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale. Their proactive approach was evident when they organized an open house that attracted multiple offers. Very supportive and helped us make the right decision. We have bought and sold 2 houses with them. Highly recommend.
Selling house to move overseas is indeed big challenge mentally and emotionally. But having Sue & Donna is great and big help for me! I feel they are like the family I can reach out in term when I need help especially when husband has to move overseas first. And yes, indeed, Sue and Donna didn't mind do another mile in their role as agent. Big claps for them!!
I have known Sue Hall professionally for the last 15 years. In that time Sue has obliged in answering questions (considering the tone of the economy) on auctions, sale prices of houses in Hamilton, information on selling processes and has given practical support on buying at auction. This was at my request and without any pressure for a listing. So, it was to Sue I sought to list a sixty eight year owned family home for the same professional support, sensitivity and her appropriate marketing/selling expertise. The sale included a neighbouring property to be associated for the process of marketing for a wider appeal and scope, This required an adept approach to appeal to several targeted markets without cumbersome ties. In the words of that neighbour of 55 years, sue is described as pleasant, capable, creative and supportive.
Sue helped us secure our purchase of our dream family home for which we are very grateful.
