We found Sue to be patient and understanding in a very professional manner. Always available when needed and mostly extremely honest. Her initial statement to us was that "she would not make any promises she could not keep" and that was the most important thing for us

You've done me proud once again Sue and Donna. Thank you for your continued support in selling another Hamilton property. You sure know your stuff.

Sue was great! Excellent communication, patient and understanding with my anxiety throughout the whole process. Explained things in easy to understand ways, and always had a plan B and C ready to go if needed. I would recommend her and would absolutely use her again

Sue and donna sold our home in. Raglan, bringing us not in but two offers. When the booked cleaner was not able yo make her appointment, donna grabbed her gloves and cleaning supplies and stepped up. Superb service. Thank you team

Negotiation skills were perfect.

She is doing great job and great team Also clam and active on work

Sue, was great, she made selling my house quick and easy. I would recommend Sue to get the job done

Sue was exceptionally professional and helpful, providing a clear and detailed explanation of the entire house-sale process. Her appraisal was concise, realistic, and easy to understand. Throughout the sale period, her communication was excellent. The open homes were well-organised and ran smoothly, ultimately leading to a successful sale. We would confidently recommend Sue to anyone looking to sell their home.

Sue works hard on your behalf. She was a good agent, completely satisfied.

Working with Sue was a pleasure. She is very honest and very knowledgeable. Sue certainly knows her stuff when it comes to real estate. She has a laidback approach and certainly isn’t pushy like some of the agents I have come across.I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. Thanks Sue, looking forward to moving in to my new home.

We have had our property passively for sale for some time. Factors such as Covid, the Brightline Test and Interest Deductibility rule put a complete pause on property sales, particularly for investors. Sue and Donna have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep interest live and we thank her for a terrific job. No hesitation in recommending Sue and the Lodge team for their local knowledge and professionalism.

Sue is without question the best real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. She really knows her stuff — her knowledge of the market, the process, and the detail behind every decision is exceptional. Any question I had, she already had the answer (and often the solution), which made the entire experience feel calm, informed, and in very safe hands. She is incredibly easy to work with, completely no-pressure, and refreshingly honest. On top of that, Sue seems to know everyone — for anything that needed to be done, she had trusted contacts and connections ready to go, which made things move smoothly and saved a huge amount of time and stress. She’s also genuinely fun to work with, which is a rare bonus in what can be a stressful process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone, and I’ll only be dealing with her in the future. Absolute standout.
