Sue went above and beyond to help with the quick sale of my house.

Sue is great to deal with! I will definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their house. She gives her honest feedback and works with you to help sell the house.

Thank you Sue for the time you put into selling our house. We agree totally with the excellent comments other clients have made about how you helped them with buying and selling.

If anyone is looking for an excellent no non-sense Real Estate Agent, then look no further than Sue Hall she’s the one. Her knowledge of the Real Estate industry is invaluable. Sue always goes that extra mile willing to meet with you any time of the day or night. In April 2018 I listed a unit in Glenview on the Friday. Within 3 days Sue presented me with an offer for the full asking price. This demonstrates that Sue has the ability to match vendors with purchasers in a very short amount of time. You don’t want your property sitting on the market for too long. Having known Sue for over 8 years I can definitely vouch that Sue is a master in her field. Sue has help me increase my investment portfolio allowing me to achieve work life balance. I now only work 3 days a week, spending the other 2 days either working around my investment properties or just relaxing. Work life balance is what we should all be working towards. Therefore, to anyone wanting to buy or sell property in Hamilton and looking for an efficient and effective Agent, then call Sue Hall at Lodge Real Estate, Ulster St, Hamilton. You’re the bomb Sue.

Thank you Sue for working with us in somewhat adverse circumstances. You gave us excellent advice and guidance, your professionalism and experience assured us a sale. I would recommend your services without hesitation. Many thanks.

Sue Hall was a fantastic agent to work with! She really helped make the process of purchasing a lot easier and I would have no hesitation using her to sell or purchase another property again. Thanks Sue!

I recently contacted Sue as she had a property for sale in the same street as the one I owned a rental property in. I was looking to sell but had no contacts in Hamilton. Sue was absolutely amazing from day one! She did an appraisal, assisted in getting the grounds tidied up for sale and then went above and beyond working with potential buyers to secure a contract that I was very happy with. Even then, Sue's service did not diminish as the building report showed a couple of small things to be repaired and Sue arranged, through her contacts, for all of the work to be sorted prior to settlement. I would recommend her to any potential buyer or seller.
