Sue was very professional and managed to get us over the line despite having a difficult tenant and a buyer with complicated finances. She was patient and kept us updated all the time. She organized the open homes and inspections without any effort on our part. I would definitely recommend Sue and re-use her services.
Sue helped us work through one of the most difficult house purchases I have been involved in. There were repeated settlement extensions, last minute hold ups and requests from lenders and tenants set on making life difficult. Sue managed our growing frustrations at each new hurdle thrown our way, as well as going to bat for us with the vendors keeping them on side during a very extended and challenging settlement process. Had it not been for Sue's experience and people management skill, I am 100% convinced we would never have got through it all and into our home.
Working with sue hall has been a great experience. She did amazingly well to respond to all our questions we had , and reassured us when needed would recommend her to anyone . Thanks sue .
From the minute I met Sue I knew she meant business. She went over and above our expectations and communicated every inch of the way. It was a genuine combined journey from start to finish. Highly recommended. Thank you Sue
Sue was recommended to me by my property manager. I was impressed by Sue's professionalism and knowledge of the property market in my area. From appraisal to marketing and the eventual sale I was in the loop and able to communicate easily via phone and email. Has been a very positive experience and would recommend Sue to my friends and family without hesitation.
We managed to get multiple offers in just the first week of listing our property with Sue… very fast and efficient service.

Sue never gave up even when everything kept on falling apart. She was always great at getting back to my emails and texts and with her persistence, the deal finally went through. Thanks heaps.
Sue sold a family home for us which was owned by a family trust,It could have been a complicated transaction, Sue put us at ease and made it easy for us, all she said about timing, pricing and as to the best way to present the house all worked well. We got our price with no hassle, A job "Well Done" Thanks Sue
Sue was extremely supportive throughout the sale/purchase process. She acted professionally and ensured we achieved the best result!
Sue was very easy to deal with and gave us up to date market research for our area during the whole process- she was bang on with everything she suggested and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends in the future.
I recently bought a house from Sue, which was my first house. I didn't understand many things, but Sue and Donna gave me a lot of help, which made the buying process very smooth. They are trustworthy people, and I am very lucky to meet them.
