I recently contacted Sue as she had a property for sale in the same street as the one I owned a rental property in. I was looking to sell but had no contacts in Hamilton. Sue was absolutely amazing from day one! She did an appraisal, assisted in getting the grounds tidied up for sale and then went above and beyond working with potential buyers to secure a contract that I was very happy with. Even then, Sue's service did not diminish as the building report showed a couple of small things to be repaired and Sue arranged, through her contacts, for all of the work to be sorted prior to settlement.
