Steve Kirk

Steve did a great job for us, he worked hard, was very persistent and ended up getting a great result!

Excellent communication always with prompt responses. Gave precise and clear details, none of that vague explanations. He was quite resourceful and was able to find another buyer quite quickly. Seemed very motivated and worked efficiently. Definitely dependable and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Steve helped us with the purchase of an apartment at Federal City Apartments and made the process very smooth and clear from start to finish. He was professional, easy to deal with, and always available to answer our questions. We really appreciated his honest approach and support throughout the sale. Highly recommended.

Kirk is a good agent with excellent communication skills. He helped me sell my apartment and demonstrated he always has the correct information and managed to negotiate a fair price between me and the buyer. Thank you Kirk
