Steve fought our corner in a challenging market and managed to deliver three great offers for our apartment. His seasoned experience really shone through at all the phases of sale. Recommended.
Steve was professional, easy to communicate with, fast to respond to messages and always answered our questions fully and quickly. No fuss and just got on with it! Vanessa Brown
Steve was always accomodating in arranging viewings, quick to get requested info to me, and even gave me advice on selling my home.
Steve has been a diligent and creative thing agent applying his considerable knowledge to the task of selling our apartments in what has been a very challenging market. Looking for a solid result, we would highly recommend him and we continue to use him on selling our next property.
Steve is the best agent for buying and selling in Thompson park apartments. He knows the complex really well which is helpful for potential buyers. We took a while to sell due to the economic conditions but Steve didn’t give up. He looked at all angles with helping potential buyers. He communicated well with me so I always knew what was happening. I’d definitely use Steve again.
Steve has been awesome to deal with. As I’m a retired property developer I’m very familiar with selling and buying properties so most certainly know the difference been excellent and average real rate sales people. Our experience with Steve King has been amazing as he class us after every open house or viewing and gives us open and honest feedback. We are very happy with Steve and Cameron and all the effort that was put in by Steve and the other sales staff on selling our investment apartment in such a difficult market. We would recommend Steve and the Ray White team to all our family and friends. Thanks Steve and the team for a great result.
