The support and advice on to how to prepare our late mother's home for sale; excellent communication via. meetings in person, phonecalls, texts, WhatsApp group messages and emails; following each Open Home a recorded video message detailing who had attended, etc, detailed weekly reports, etc., etc! In a respectful way they advised on what needed to be done, decluttered, repaired, etc.

Steve put together superb marketing plan for selling two townhouses that had been rental properties for many years. He helped arrange a builder and painter to complete a refresh for both properties. This was all done to an excellent standard and relatively quickly. Throughout the process Steve’s communication and advice was always right on point. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and the result was two properties sold at auction.
