Excellent experience from start to end

We could not have been happier with Sonia Dufty from start to finish in our purchase journey. What could have been a complicated and stressful process, particularly with the body corporate and a number of other complexities along the way, was made so much easier because of Sonia’s calm, professional and genuinely caring approach. From the very beginning, Sonia was incredibly responsive and always available when we needed her. She never once made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Instead, she gave us the space and confidence to work through things at our own pace, while always being there with guidance and support when we needed it. What really stood out was how resourceful and relentless Sonia was in finding answers to our questions. Whenever something came up that needed clarification or further investigation, she went the extra mile to get the information we needed and kept us informed throughout the process. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Most importantly, we genuinely built a strong sense of trust and connection with Sonia throughout the journey.
