Sonia understood which areas were worth investing in (such as garden tidy, some landscaping and staging), taking great care with tiny details which she knew would make prospective buyers see themselves living there. She went the 'extra mile' and would do a quick rake of the leaves or wiping down entry gates as I was no longer living in the area. I was fortunate to also hit the market during sunny summer days where the house was drenched in sunlight!
