The team were on the ball in regards to the best way to market our property. It sold very quickly. Chris was very helpful in the months leading up to marketing...collecting mail, keeping an eye on the property etc, as it wasn't vacated over this time. This was an easy and straightforward exercise from start to finish. The property was beautifully presented and the team were happy to fix the one small request I had to close the deal. Chris and Sanele provided excellent information and were available at all times to answer questions. The team were great in arranging an earlier settlement for me when my finance came through allowing me to have a tenant move in the day after settlement. The final inspection was very good, and gave me the opportunity to check the many great features of the house.
