Wanted to state that the Soldon Kapiti team have been amazing and in fact I now value them as friends, they even offered to help me move in, buy me beers and come out fishing with me, all of which I wouldn't normally do with a Real Estate Agent. I think this sums it up for me, normally your relationship with your Agent is a Love/Hate one whereas with these guys it was different. Especially as a Purchaser normally when working for the Vendor the Purchaser becomes a bit second fiddle and again with these guys it didn't feel like that and I know that the Purchaser loved them to, as I meet her at Pre-purchase and she raved about them.
