Most importantly though they got the job done fast, and delivered above what I expected. Top value for a fair price. Would recommend to all family and friends.

Karl was organised, friendly and motivated to sell our house. Jane and I were happy with the overall result and the service we received. I would recommend Karl and the team to others. In the future we would get a builders report prior to selling from Total Home Inspections or similar independent company. In both builders reports there were comments that were in our opinion not justified. This led to buyers being put off. Karl commented that one of builders is notorious for his reports therefore we shouldn't of ever let him on the property. This aside we would use Sold on Kapiti again. Sa was very friendly and communicated effectively. Didn't see much of Chris but wish him well on his new baby.
