Karl was organised, friendly and motivated to sell our house. Jane and I were happy with the overall result and the service we received. I would recommend Karl and the team to others. In the future we would get a builders report prior to selling from Total Home Inspections or similar independent company. In both builders reports there were comments that were in our opinion not justified. This led to buyers being put off. Karl commented that one of builders is notorious for his reports therefore we shouldn't of ever let him on the property. This aside we would use Sold on Kapiti again. Sa was very friendly and communicated effectively. Didn't see much of Chris but wish him well on his new baby.

If you want great value and exceptional service use this team! I hadnt heard of them but felt a good vibe when I interviewed them as potential agents, they really went above and beyond for us during a really stressful time (relocating to Auckland). They created great marketing, kept us totally upto date and helped us through a tricky hick up. I really felt like they cared. Our only regret is that they couldnt sell us our Auckland house after the great job they did supporting us with the sale of our kapiti home.
