Wanted to state that the Soldon Kapiti team have been amazing and in fact I now value them as friends, they even offered to help me move in, buy me beers and come out fishing with me, all of which I wouldn't normally do with a Real Estate Agent. I think this sums it up for me, normally your relationship with your Agent is a Love/Hate one whereas with these guys it was different. Especially as a Purchaser normally when working for the Vendor the Purchaser becomes a bit second fiddle and again with these guys it didn't feel like that and I know that the Purchaser loved them to, as I meet her at Pre-purchase and she raved about them. Soldon Kapiti are a great team! I'm not a seller, but a buyer. Sifting through the myriad of real estate advertisements was monotonous - until we discovered Soldon! Their dynamic, friendly and modern approach was immediately apparent in their expert videos, photos and floor maps. They portrayed houses for sale like no one else was (or is). We were further delighted to discover that Soldon wasn't just bells-and-whistles. They were excellent at responding to all our communications in a timely manner, and they acted with transparency and a great deal more honesty than other agents out there. I highly recommend them!

From the moment I met the team at Soldon, I knew I was in great hands. I was about to sell my childhood home, it was a hard decision but Chris, Sanele and Karl made me feel at ease and I knew they had my best interests at heart. These 3 guys were down to earth, so incredibly friendly yet always super professional and surprisingly enough, they were hilarious! They really make you feel you are their priority, without seeming pushy or like a typical salesman (cheesy, although some of their online videos ooze cheese factor 😉😂) On a serious note though, their Facebook videos are fantastic. The videography used is outstanding and the content is entertaining and grabs your attention. I was provided answers to any queries I had (there were many 😉) and I could always rely on them to respond back ASAP. No doubt if I ever needed to I would use their services again.
