Simone and Darren made not only buying our existing property and then selling it 2 years later so simple and stress free they also went above and beyond to secure our next adventure! They kept us up to date with any new interest and was very approachable if I had silly questions! Would hands down purchase and sell through them again, would totally recommend as a 5 star agents!
Worked hard to get the best outcome.. first time selling a house she made it a breeze
We first met Simone Simpson after we approached Darren Szaszy of Barfoot & Thompson for an appraisal of our home at Ararimu and he introduced Simone to us at this first encounter. Both Simone and Darren worked as a team sharing the open home viewings and visiting us for regular updates. Simone organised the photos of our home for various publications including the Internet and her attention to detail was outstanding. Both Simone and Darren helped us sell our home within four weeks with an excellent end result. We couldn't have asked for better service.
Simone was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable about sale prices within the area, extremely helpful during the whole process which made life very easy for us. I would defiantly recommend Simone.
Simone was fantastic. This sale required getting a lot of information and needed to be treated with care. She really looked after us and make the process run smoothly, keeping un informed the whole way.
Simone was very professional and was a great communicator. Was always timely to viewings/open homes and kept us informed throughout the process. Her market appraisal was very accurate. Great result with Simone.
We are really grateful that Simone remembered us from a previous viewing and contacted us about a similar listing, which is now our new home. She made the whole process easy, was very supportive during the auction experience, and was available throughout to answer questions, no matter how trivial.
Positive, courteous, considerate, and a real sense of humour - Simone is great to deal with and would happily recommend her.
