Simone had a tough deal to sort through with us. I used Simone to sell my property and I have to say I have been absolutely blown away at how hard she worked to get the price I wanted for my property in such a short time frame. I know she had other properties on her books but I was made to feel that mine was the only one and that I mattered. She expertly managed the open homes and nearly every day seemed to be doing private viewings at all different times of the day. I have never experienced an auction so must have asked her stupid questions yet she never made me feel that they were. She was so patient with me, making me feel important, answering my texts and emails almost immediately; again at all different times of the day. Simone's knowledge plus professionalism was so accurate and perfect.
