Simone was professional through the entire process of buying the property. Her communication was great and she responded quickly to any questions we had regarding the property. I would recommend her to others and wish her all the best for future sales!
Simone was great to deal with and really went out of her way to accommodate some of my requests and to help whenever a hurdle popped up. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell!
Simone worked tirelessly to market and sell our property. Excellent communication. Highly recommend.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Simone and could not be more impressed with the level of service we received. We were actively looking for a property and attended an open home of one of Simone’s listings. Simone took the time to understand our needs and wants in a property and although the property she had listed did not quite meet our needs, she was able to find us a property that did. Simone’s proactiveness and willingness to organise a private viewing of the house was critical in us securing our dream home and for that, we are truly grateful. The property we purchased went to a multi offer and throughout the entire process, Simone maintained excellent communication with us, keeping us informed every step of the way. She was always available to answer any questions we had and provide guidance and support when needed. Simone’s knowledge of the market and negotiation skills were invaluable in helping us secure a great deal. Overall, we cannot recommend Simone highly enough. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is proactive, communicates effectively, and gets results, look no further than Simone. Thank you for all your hard work!
Very professional with great communication. Would happily work with Simone again

Simone is amazing and super helpful, she was covering our agent while he was away - From buying leads to the way she communicated with us always going the extra mile above and beyond to make our lives easier. We would highly recommend Simone to anyone wanting to get their house Sold for a great price. Simone will get the Job done. Thank you so much for all your hard work Simone it was really appreciated.
Simone has been so good to work with. Open, honest and professional. She made the process of purchasing our new home a breeze. We would definitely recommend Simone to anyone looking to buy and sell a property. Five stars from us!!
Simone was recommended to us by some locals in our area and after meeting her we instantly knew we had to work with her. She is able to connect well with people, knows the area well and has extensive knowledge on sales, the current market and clients in her surrounding areas. We went live during a very tough market, however she was still able to get the most viewings every weekend out of any other open home in our suburb. We had a great campaign with her and she was very responsive, giving us constant updates on everyone she was working with and how we were tracking for our auction. We were extremely happy with the sale price we were able to get and Simone made the whole process so easy. We would recommend Simone to anyone wanting to sell!
Simone always presented herself in a very professional way…her knowledge of the site was outstanding and was able to answer all our queries. Her assistance at the open homes and the auction was more like a friend than a sales person and the negotiating process after the auction was brilliant with great communication. We highly recommend Simone as a sales person and would like to use her again when it comes time to sell our house.
Simone went the extra mile for us with our house sale. She was pro-active with communication and kept us up to date from initial viewing feedback right through to the signed sale and purchase agreement. Thank you so much Simone!
