When we had first met Simone, she had quickly managed to get a photographer almost immediately to take professional pictures of our house. It was lovely to have a trusting agent as I had complete trust in her and her vision to take the best pictures possible while I was away at work. She managed to guide us along through our path of selling our house by keeping us updated through everything and explained each and every step while taking into consideration our lack of knowledge on this house market. We had only two weekends of open home and did not need to have a third one as she had already been able to sell our home. Our experience with her was very ideal as she helped to sell our house within 12 days on market and above the capital value, this made my husband and I very content with the price we had managed to achieve.
