My experience with Jackie Frame's handling of the the sale of my rural property was highly positive on all key criteria. She has a very solid grasp on the local property market which was very important to me and she had a clear understanding of the likely buyer profile: first-time buyers, downsizers or investors which proved spot on. I can also commend Jackie's clear communication skills and exemplary professionalism throughout the selling process as she (and her team)kept as fully informed of progress during the short period we were on the market. She achieved a very quick sale for me in the key selling period before the festive holiday season shutdown which was a great relief all-round.

Sally was an excellent and easy to work with agent, who did her utmost for the vendor and us as a buyer. Always a challenge to get two parties to agree and we did it! She followed up quickly, she sorted out questions and answers and had an in-depth knowledge of the local area. Her easy going and personable manner meant we found her easily approachable, whilst she was acting on the vendors behalf, she encouraged us on our purchasing journey. Multiple views were no bother and was always at the end of a call or text. Thoroughly recommend her as your real estate agent in the North Canterbury area.
