Shay was just incredible to work with! He impressed me right from the start. He was very professional, well versed in the market and his knowledge and guidance throughout was greatly appreciated. I felt so safe in the knowledge that we had an agent who knew what he was doing, and could do it well. His enthusiasm and drive to do his very best for us was a breath of fresh air. He has great communicate skills and went above and beyond to explain the technicalities to us, and always kept us up-to-date. Loved working with him and would highly recommend Shay to anyone. Thanks so much Shay1

Selling a house is a stressful and exhausting phase of life. It can be packed with emotional wobbles for the tamariki too. But right from the get go Shay brought a positive energy. He was very innovative and went totally out on a limb with our marketing video. Involving our daughter in the video made selling the house fun for her. Shay was reassuring, confident, a great communicator and has a great personality for working with buyers. His marketing is top notch and fees competitive.

Shay has guided us through the buying process with the utmost professionalism, keeping things moving at a good pace without being pushy. He has been excellent at answering our queries promptly and thoroughly. We have enjoyed working with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as an agent.

Shay's a great person to work with. The sincerity and commitment he demonstrates is really admirable.
