Shay works extremely hard and puts a great deal of energy into proactively seeking out potential buyers and then working with and supporting them as they consider making an offer. Very active online, and also produces one of a kind humorous but informative videos on the properties he's selling which attract lots of hits. He is resilient and never gives up, whilst also having a good sense of humour. He has a well deserved reputation for selling properties that have been dormant on the market for a long time. Can't recommend him highly enough!

My house was sold quickly with the minimum amount of fuss and with only two open homes. For that I am grateful for the time and effort Shay put in to make this happen. I found him to be pleasant in manner and professional in his presentation. My only concern was that there were a few times I did contact him by cell phone and did leave a message but no reply was forthcoming. It was a pleasure engaging with Shay. He was very responsive to any queries, provided all the necessary information for due diligence, and was very facilitative and transparent throughout the process.

Available and keen up front, very eager to get a contract. Worked hard to bring the parties together to secure contract. After sale average - had to take my own sign down, not even a sold sticker applied although was one on website eventually. Wasn't aware (or forgot) settlement had been brought forward. Was friendly, outgoing, with good sense of humour.
