It was a pleasure engaging with Shay. He was very responsive to any queries, provided all the necessary information for due diligence, and was very facilitative and transparent throughout the process.

Available and keen up front, very eager to get a contract. Worked hard to bring the parties together to secure contract. After sale average - had to take my own sign down, not even a sold sticker applied although was one on website eventually. Wasn't aware (or forgot) settlement had been brought forward. Was friendly, outgoing, with good sense of humour.
