Shay works extremely hard and puts a great deal of energy into proactively seeking out potential buyers and then working with and supporting them as they consider making an offer. Very active online, and also produces one of a kind humorous but informative videos on the properties he's selling which attract lots of hits. He is resilient and never gives up, whilst also having a good sense of humour. He has a well deserved reputation for selling properties that have been dormant on the market for a long time. Can't recommend him highly enough!

My house was sold quickly with the minimum amount of fuss and with only two open homes. For that I am grateful for the time and effort Shay put in to make this happen. I found him to be pleasant in manner and professional in his presentation. My only concern was that there were a few times I did contact him by cell phone and did leave a message but no reply was forthcoming.
