He not only helped us find somewhere in our price-range, but also helped us get a pre-viewing to get an early foot in the door. He was kind and very personable, ensuring we didn't feel pressured into buying the wrong house. We had looked at several other options for an investment, but Shane just made it so easy we couldn't help but follow him. He communicated with us very well, taking time out of his nights and weekends to talk to us and make sure everything was on the right track. If he does this for all his clients we're not sure when he sleeps!
