Selma knows the market better than anyone, across both coasts of Northland. Throughout the downturn cycle with maximum properties on the market and very few buyers, Selma persisted with many strategies to get our place sold. With many agents competing in a very tight market, multiple agents on one property, etc, it was not a good situation for the sellers at that time. Selma 'knows a buyer when she sees one' and exactly that happened with our buyer when she met them and finally achieved our sale. This was a really big ask to get a rare sale in an extremely slow economy, and our asking price was achieved.
