Selma was very familiar with the area and when we contacted her, not only did she meet us to show us the property we had discussed, she also had several properties set up for us to view. Access to each property was seamless based on Selma being organised and prepared. Selma also provided us with relevant paperwork for each place that we could make our own notes on, and take away with us. Once we decided on our property the contract arrangement was very easy and Selma explained everything to us very well, as we were new to buying a property.
