We weren't even looking, we already have a beautiful home at Oruawharo on the Kaipara our whanau forever home, however once I saw the photos on Trade Me that Selma posted from the deck to the water, I just knew I had to make contact with her. My first 30 secs on the phone I felt like I had known her all my life, trust me I have had many conversations with Sales people over the years so my judgement is usually pretty good. We were on the phone for over an hour that night, within a couple of hours she had sent me enough information to test the waters with my husband, he was interested but wasnt into buying a Holiday home, however by the next morning Selma had called me again this time saying hi to my husband, we ended up having a 3 way conversation. Within that first week I would say she had ticked all the boxes for the questions we had it was becoming more and more tempting. As we have our Business in Taranaki by week two I wanted to go north to look at the property, but my request was that I wanted to stay for a weekend considering we were travelling 8 hours I didnt want a quick walk about, she worked her magic and it was organised.
