The market was challenging and the negotiation process wasn’t always easy, but Scott remained professional and honest throughout. We never felt pressured into accepting an offer and appreciated that he was upfront with us. We were also very impressed with the wider team. Everyone we dealt with was easy to work with and the whole campaign ran smoothly. Scott was very upfront about advertising costs and what he felt was worthwhile, and his recommendation for our home staging worked out really well. Overall, we found Scott professional, honest and easy to deal with. Selling a house for the first time can be a pretty daunting process, but we always felt we could contact him when we needed to. We’d be happy to use Scott again in the future.
