Sam helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent listener, communicator and extremely helpful

Delighted with Sam's technique and approach throughout the sale. He was always willing to clearly answer questions we had, and to explain his thinking. We went from having little hope to being hopeful of being able to get a sale on this occasion that was acceptable. We had an offer within a week and a half, as he engaged the wider team at Tommy's with their contacts to generate interest. From help with recommendations for staging, that was good value and decent quality, to advice on little things that needed to be done, he was always accessible, even while we were overseas. Happy to recommend.
