We chose Sam and Ben over five other groups of agents on account of Tommy's approach to bringing all of their other agents through the property in person at the start of the campaign; something other agencies tended not to do, but we felt this was potentially going to be an important factor given the uniqueness of our property, and after meeting Sam and Ben we felt they would represent the house well and would treat prospective buyers with the requisite professionalism and respect that was required to get our house sold in what was a challenging buyer's market. By the time our house hit the market we felt it was presented as best as it could be, in no small thanks to the advice received from Sam and Ben.
