The reasons for listing this property were rather emotional all round. Sally met with us, read the room well and proceeded to deliver a service tailored to us and the situation. Sally's warmth, humour and overall excellent knowledge of the market in the area were really appreciated. Being mainly Australian based we needed to deal with parts of the sale from afar. This posed no problem for Sally. All dealings went seamlessly, with excellent communication ahead of time. Sally has a genuine honesty about her, she will answer the hard questions in an honest but compassionate way. As vendors based out of the area we really relied on this level of communication. It was such a help in understanding the market. Under trying circumstances Sally has been a real pleasure to deal with, while in the background her market experience has shone through.
