We started our home buying journey in March and during these 4 months I saw many properties met multiple agents. However Russell is different to all we met. He is honest, dedicated, knowledgeable , patient, good communicator and easy to reach. We did a private viewing after my brother initially saw house and recommend me to have a look. After my brother recommendation, we contacted Russell and he organized private viewing with a very short notice and we almost spent 2 hours during the private viewing. Russel walked us through the property, he showed us each and every part of the house and responded to evey question we had. He was very patient with us during the whole time and gave us enough time to go through the property allowing us to check everything we needed. As a result we immediately expressed our interest and submitted our offer next day. As requested, he was able to get the response from vendor quickly for our offer, as we were looking other properties at the same. After some negotiation our offer was finally accepted and later he also helped in organizing a building inspection again with short notice. The building report came with some maintenances things and 2 issues which needed immediate attention. We contacted Russell directly instead of going through lawyer because of the good reputation he created with us during previous meetings and he was able to talk to vendors on those issues and organized the fix. This helped both us and seller on savings lawyer costs. Overall we had really good experience and highly recommend for your buying needs

We found Russell easy to deal with and quick to contact us or respond to our queries. Right from the start he communicated promptly. We went to tall poppy partly due to the fixed sale fee but Russells quick engagement settled this and he maintained this throughout our house process. Our house was under offer within 2 weeks and unconditional less than 2 weeks after that. We were selling our property in another town from us so I did not meet Russell in person but he was personable and easy to interact with via phone and email. I was impressed with the ease of process also and the follow up from the wider Tall Poppy team to ensure service standards were being met.
