Late 2019 I've realized it's the right time to buy my first home. At that time there were only less than a handful of houses for sale that I could afford and they were selling like hotcakes. Roxanne was doing an evaluation on my step dads house, the same house I used to live in. I had a lovely chat with her about what needs to be done in order to reach my goal (buying my first home).
