Roxanne and Jason were absolutely fantastic in helping sell our awkward bush block which other agents were reluctant to take on. They listened to everything we had to say and took it into consideration with every viewing. They did thorough research and made us feel confident with the whole process. We had full trust in them because they showed us they cared about the property and not just another listing for them. Clear, honest and frequent communication was received the whole time. She never lost passion even when the weather and timing of the sale probably wasn't the best. In fact, she kept us motivated. They also pushed for the best deal possible. I very much appreciated Roxanne Simpkin's approach as an agent - well informed, available and flexible for viewings - without overstepping or pushing a decision. Easy to communicate with. I first met her when viewing another home and then was pleased she and her partner Jason were the agents for the home I subsequently purchased. Once my offer was accepted, Roxanne continued to act in a liaison role with the owners, tradespeople and myself, especially as I had to leave the country before the settlement date. She worked with the Property Manager in the same company to help with the transition to having tenants. Roxanne built a sense of honesty and trust for me as a buyer and I imagine the same in her dealings with the vendor. Highly recommend.

Roxanne has done wonderful job from the beginning to the end and after. We had to work around isolations and also distance not being in Whangarei we had to coordinate everything via phone. Roxanne provided us also multiple contacts for the building inspection and also for multiple contractors for the upcoming renovations and repairs. We are very happy with outcome and we will continue to collaborate with Roxanne and Jason her business partner and co-listing agent.
