I could not recommend a more wonderful agent. Roxanne had a good grasp on current the market and was able to estimate what I should expect and gave me good advice on advertising. She has the ability and adaptability to make things happen by working exceptionally well with particularly difficult tenants throughout the sale process. Her communication could not have been better. I received very prompt answers to any questions from the beginning to end of the sale. No question was too much of a problem for Roxanne to answer or seek the answer if necessary. She has integrity and acted in everyone's best interests. I felt my tenants were looked after and that we were all consulted when ever necessary. Roxanne was able to read situations, identify potential issues and prevent any potential problems. She was motivated and willing to put time and effort into the sale of my property. She went the extra mile by putting time aside to do video chats for final inspections or issues that arose on the property. Extremely capable and excellent at her job. She came recommended to me and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Without the help of Roxanne we would have been really lost. Roxanne kept us up to date with all that was happening right through till we sold and also helped us with information and what to do when buying another house, even though she didn’t have to.
