Ros gave us great advice around how we should best prepare our house for sale, where we should (and shouldn't!) put our money to get the best return. She communicated really well and we felt in safe hands throughout. The sale went really well, we had plenty of people through and ended up in a multi-offer situation with some great offers. Selling in Christchurch has its challenges. Rosamund is well informed about what is required due to these challenges, communicates well and went beyond what I thought a Real Estate agent would do to effect the sale. As the vendor (and not living in Christchurch) - her support of the process was exceptional. Rosamund clearly loves her job and this was reflected in how she worked wth me and others in this sale
