I met Rosa at the first open home, she was open, honest and friendly. Following the open home she was always accomodating when I wanted to take through my contractors. Rosa Solano was a fantastic agent to deal with. She had a variety of options available to us as the unit we were selling had some issues. In the end, the option we chose was perfect and got us a better price than we expected. She kept in touch with us daily with updates on anything happening with marketing and open homes, when she'd done private viewings, and then we had weekly reports on the progress as well. We also had weekly in person meetings with her and the auctioneer to discuss the current situation, right up to the night before the auction. The auction itself was exciting, as there were a number of bidders on the "$1 Auction" and Rosa and her team looked after everything. We also found her great after it sold, keeping in touch about the buyer's questions and even helping move some furniture into the garage at the end.
