While the auction campaign didn't yield any cash offers Rosa reassured us this was just the first step, and soon after found us a conditional buyer. While we waited (months) for them to sell their house (clearly not through Sotheby's), Rosa continued to work hard on our behalf showing our house to prospective buyers and got us another good offer.
