As one half of Team Dry at Bayleys Wairarapa, Rick works alongside his wife Denise to support homeowners and families at every stage of the property process - from getting a home ready for sale, to marketing it to out-of-town buyers, to negotiating the best result. More than helpful, great communication throughout and I'd definitely use them again and again

I bought my NZ home from Australia, sight unseen, and Denise went totally overboard in helping my understand every feature and defect of the property with reports, maps and photos. She also helped with getting a lawyer and insurance broker as I knew no one in the area.

We had the most amazing experience with the Drys. We sadly missed out on a house we wanted a second viewing on but once the Drys knew what we were after they literally quoted we have the perfect one for you. And oh boy they were so right! We had a viewing, then the next day we submitted our offer and bang, bang done. Thank you for all your hard work and making us first time home owners! Happened all so fast, and we couldn’t be happier

Denice and Rick did what was asked of them in a clear and prompt manner, opened up the house when we needed to get trade people into inspect it without any issues.

Agent who goes the extra mile!

Denise is an agent with a little bit extra! From making a packed lunch for me when i was travelling to look at a property...to midnight phone calls when we had some plumbing issues. I feel like i have gained a friend AND and agent if needed in the future! Denise ooozes positivity and enthusaium. I would highly reccommed her to anyone else in the area selling their property

Quick easy process

We love our new house! Team Dry made it happen very quickly and efficiently and communicated well throughout the whole process. Team Dry were super responsive and made sure we were given all the information needed to make decisions and get our deal across the line 🙂
