Richard was chosen to be our selling agent because of his vast experience and knowledge of the real estate market / industry and most importantly his empathy towards our property . This is where other agents failed . They seemed, via their body language , to view it as just another property to market, get it listed and get whatever they could for it. Richard , was different, he showed a genuine interest and liking for the property as well as advising what he thought that it should sell for.
