Richard seemed to know most of the houses for sale in Waihi, good areas and bad areas to buy in, He took us through the whole process of the Sales and Purchase agreement. Took our offer straight up to the seller, rang us straight away to tell us of the agreement to our offer. took us through the house an extra two times, because we needed to have another look. Nothing was too much trouble. A great agent, would reccomend him to anyone buying a house in Waihi.
