I can thoroughly recommend Richard whether you are purchasing or selling a property. The difficulty for Real Estate Agents is the fact that they are paid by the vendor to sell a property but also working with the buyer to purchase a property. Richard was honest and helpful at all times, offering advice and encouragement to help with the purchase while at the same time staying loyal to the vendor. He provided contacts for building inspections, the Mining Company and roofing contacts and encouraged me to find out as much as I needed to help with my purchasing decision without compromising his loyalty and obligation to the vendor. At no time did he hint at anything unprofessional regarding the vendor which many agents I have dealt with have done. This is very important to me and shows the calibre of his work ethic. His replies were prompt and he dealt with any problems I had.
