Richard Griffin, licensee salesperson with Ray White Ellerslie works in partnership with Pheon Hung serving the homeowners across the eastern region of Auckland from East to Central . Over the years Richard and bilingual Pheon have become a household name for vendors and buyers in Bucklands Beach, Howick, Mellons Bay, Farm Cove, Sunnyhills, Dannemora, Whitford and the surrounding suburbs, now expanding their influence to offer clients a much broader range of real estate options. Much of Richard’s early career was spent working across Australasia in the building industry before he moved into sales in a range of fields from motor services, FMCG, healthcare. A lifelong passion for golf brought up an opportunity for his dream job for Auckland and NZ Golf facilitating golf events and training programs throughout the region. Marketing and promoting youth tournaments, mentoring programs and interclub events, this experience set Richard up perfectly for his next move and true calling in 2013 – real estate. Starting out in Pakuranga, Richard hit his straps immediately and with his vast network of contacts through golf and past sales experience, he achieved Rookie of the Year and Rising Star that year. Richard, a highly effective communicator and excellent negotiator, went on to handle residential real estate transactions across much of east and south Auckland. Subsequently joined by his partner Pheon as they moved brands in 2014, they continued to flourish as a team both in life and at work. Richard is well-known for his honesty, integrity, and enormous depth of local knowledge and affinity for people. As a combined Asian/Kiwi partnership, Richard and Pheon (who speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghai dialect) offer diversity as a “two for the price of one” resourceful team in the sale of your home. Precious spare time is mostly spent on a golf course and relaxing with family.
