Renee - in 3 days the home was under offer - Renee is the only agent I would used in Cromell.

Renee - strong communicator, straight up, professional, provided detailed feedback on the campaign and has a strong knowledge of the Cromwell market. Renee was great to work with and gave fantastic advice. She knows her stuff. I would not use any other agent.

Consummate professional with deep market knowledge

We chose Renee over a competitor brand as we felt she had a better grasp of the current market conditions and appraised the value of our property realistically. She did not look to 'buy' the opportunity by overstating the property's potential value. Throughout the sales process Renee communicated very well with us and showed real commitment and tenacity in what is currently a very difficult market.
