It was an absolute pleasure working with Rebecca. Very professional with excellent communication and fast responses. Definitely looks after her clients and takes the time to get to know them to find the right property. Would definitely work with Rebecca again and highly recommend to anyone.
Selling my property while living outside the area I had to rely heavily on the agent. Rebecca was outstanding representing my interests. Always willing to go above and beyond what was required. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone selling a property.
We worked with Rebecca to ready our house for sale as it was firstly rented when we relocated overseas. She went beyond and above what we needed in an agent, in representing our house (as unique as a Villa is), marketing statistics and feedback, and was thorough, upfront and on the spot when it came to the sales agreement. We have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca, she is personable, astute, quick to pick up on nuances and most of all, upfront and honest. Thank you!
Rebecca's compassion and work ethics are outstanding, I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
Rebecca was fantastic. I loved that she was professional, open, honest and friendly. We were so informed and supported by her every step of the way. I would 100% use her again and recommend her to anyone.
We have had the most wonderful time purchasing our first home through Rebecca! She has made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Answering any and all questions we had and always replying in a timely manner. We honestly couldn’t of asked for a better real estate agent to guide us through this first home journey and are so greatful she showed us the perfect home for us! ❤️
Rebecca showed us several properties as purchasers in Stratford and from our discussions understood our wants/needs and had the foresight to show us a property we hadn't considered. It was exactly and more than what we were hoping for in a new home for us as we looked to make the move to Taranaki. Rebecca made the process to purchase very easy and communication was brilliant. If you are looking for a professional and friendly agent who provides over and above service then we highly recommend Rebecca Bruce.
Dealing with Rebecca has been an absolute breeze. Her wealth of knowledge regarding property, prompt replies to our questions and availability to work in with our schedules for viewings and what ever else was needed was truly appreciated. Her beautiful bubbly personality made catch ups a real pleasure. We definitely look forward to working with Rebecca again in the future.
We have worked with Rebecca on several properties, both buying and selling, and each time Rebecca has been amazing. Her market knowledge is always on point, she continually communicates to advise what is happening and keeps us up to date with any changes. We always appreciate Rebecca's professionalism and we highly recommend Rebecca as an agent!
