Not great, what was said was not followed through, from the initial paperwork till takeover. Her assistant came to sign initial paperwork and there was many documents wrong, basically it just followed on from there. The things supposed to be fixed are not and the real estate agent has now passed me onto the lawyer since I took over the house on my first day, complete dismissal and extremely disappointing, and if it doesn’t get sorted quickly will cost me a fair bit of cash that I didn’t allow for. Always do a walkthrough in daylight, and look at everything, my walkthrough was done at night and I never saw the owners had shaved the bottom of the front door a half inch short to compensate for the new carpet. Unfortunately they over compensated and there is now a massive gap at the bottom of the front door. As well as big holes in the laundry and kitchen cupboards, which were supposedly fixed. Please be aware, and make sure every single thing is correct, DO NOT take her word that its ok

Top notch professionalism all round. Very strong market knowledge and worked very hard in a depressed market. Very prompt responses to all question even my trivial ones. My shy cat became a fan of her open homes !! She checked in regularly on me but also used her local knowledge to good effect looking for a property . Always put good counselled experience into sorting prices and offers. Kept a good firm eye on all the fine legal details. She even helped with finding short term grazing for my two horses. Just awesome.

How do I rate Rebecca,well how do I start...this is my first experience selling a house... Rebecca sold a house across the road from me so that's why I picked Rebecca and Tall Poppy. She was straight up from the word go and informed me what was involved including costs and how the sale would be managed including pricings and directions for advertising. She wasn't pushy at all and just came across really well ,not only business wise but personally as well. I liked the fact that Rebecca always asked my opinion and didn't make me feel inadequate even if I asked even the most mundane questions . She always kept me updated and even when things didn't work out at times, shared the disappointment. My father always taught me to work hard and good things will come, and managing staff I know what it's like to find honest and hard workers these days, and Rebecca is nothing short of outstanding, so much so that even when it didn't sell in the first three months I didn't want to go to any other real estate . Her work ethic is amazing along with her easy going nature and awesome personalty. I often gave her heaps as kept saying to stop working and take time out as sometimes she would message on the weekend which should be family time. Anyway, at the end of the day, working with Rebecca was amazing and she is such a credit to the Tall Poppy franchise ,if I ever buy or sell again then I will be using Tall Poppy again for sure and probably ask Rebecca to be the agent again.
