Not great, what was said was not followed through, from the initial paperwork till takeover. Her assistant came to sign initial paperwork and there was many documents wrong, basically it just followed on from there. The things supposed to be fixed are not and the real estate agent has now passed me onto the lawyer since I took over the house on my first day, complete dismissal and extremely disappointing, and if it doesn’t get sorted quickly will cost me a fair bit of cash that I didn’t allow for. Always do a walkthrough in daylight, and look at everything, my walkthrough was done at night and I never saw the owners had shaved the bottom of the front door a half inch short to compensate for the new carpet. Unfortunately they over compensated and there is now a massive gap at the bottom of the front door. As well as big holes in the laundry and kitchen cupboards, which were supposedly fixed. Please be aware, and make sure every single thing is correct, DO NOT take her word that its ok
